• Exceptionally strong oral skills -
  The ability to communicate fairly and cheerfully with customers, and a willingness to both explain and educate a customer is highly prized.
• Written communication skills -
  If we can't read your invoice, we can't pay you, nor can the customer reliably use that invoice for year end taxes / write-offs.
• Leadership abilities -
  The ability to make decisions that benefit the customer without guidance - Greed over good will is not acceptable.  If you're in it just to do shoddy work, as fast as possible, not caring about alienating customers or good will, go work for Priceline.
• Have high energy levels -
  Locksmiths work hard.  Locksmiths work long hours.  Locksmiths tend to not get a lot of breaks.  No whining about what you have to do, where you have to go, or how much traffic there may be.  It's your JOB.
• We need people who are able to accept challenges, to learn, take constructive criticism, offer new ways, to change, and to grow.
